After the birth of Sala (and now Wylie and Ella), I thought it would be nice 
to record our family tree for her, because like both Sue and I, she will 
probably not know most of her relatives very well, as many of them live so far 
away in England. Also, being antipodeans (but not philistines as the name 
often infers!), we tend to have a poor national identity, so knowing our 
ancestry helps us better define it.

Sala, Wylie and Ella Kathleen are the children of Rhidian HARRINGTON and 
Suzanne WRIGHT. Both Rhidian and Suzanne are of English ancestory, their 
parents emigrating to Australia in the 1970`s and 1960`s respectively. The 
most common surnames on their father`s side are BRACKENBURY, BUSBY, CLIFTON, 
CARVILL, HARRINGTON, LAY, MOORE, PESKETT & STONE. The most common surnames on 
their mother`s side are COXON, FIELDING, GREENWOOD, MILLS, WOOD, WOODHEAD & 
WRIGHT.
